Born in Ballymoney County Antrim ,Northern Ireland in 1899.
He lived with his father,Rober Colvin,his mother
Jeanie(nee Douglas) along with his sister Kathleen on
Townhead Street Ballymoney,County Antrim.
He enlisted in Newtownards,County Down
and was killed in action on 07-06-1917.
In his will that he made out on 25-01-1917,he left all his property and effects to his sister Kathleen.
